Qualifications
for Membership |

Merlin must be the only brand of mesh and solid safety covers in your store, both
in prominence of display and in sales promotions.

Display and distribute sufficient Merlin literature and promotional material as provided
including: a Point of Purchase Display, Merlin Material Samples, and Merlin's marketing video.

Order at least 10 custom covers a year.

Attend at least on authorized Merlin Training session a year.

All of the above shall be accomplished in accordance with the guidelines provided by Merlin
which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
